Nell Brookfield studied MA Painting and Drawing at the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York, from 2019-2020, after receiving a postgraduate MA-Level from the Royal Drawing School in London, UK, and a BS in Anthropology from the University College London, UK. In 2019 Brookfield was awarded a residency at Rhode Island School of Design in Providence, Rhode Island. Solo exhibitions include Duarte Sequeira Gallery, Portugal, September Gallery, New York, Niru Ratnam, London and Eve Liebe Gallery London. Brookfield has been an artist in residence at the Borgo Pignano Painting Residency with the Royal Drawing School in Volterra Pisa, Italy.
